All orders are custom made in Florida at Caseworks International. Typical orders take 1 business day to process and 5 business days to manufacture. You case will typically ship on the 7th business day. This timeline is often shorter, but occasionally longer. We cannot guarantee the exact date your display case will ship. Unfortunately we do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/PSC boxes. Shipping rates are calculated on this site for the Continental U.S. only. We ship with UPS. Due to the bulky size of most of our display cases, we only offer UPS Ground on our website. We will accept expedited shipping for customers who prearrange a price quote prior to purchase. We will send out a UPS tracking # the day your case ships. Your order status will remain "processing" for 4 - 7 business days until your case ships.

| RETURNS |

All items must be inspected within 10 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. If merchandise arrives damaged please immediately call or email SportsDisplayCases.net. We will require your phone number, address, product details and the original packaging for all returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or email SportsDisplayCases.net and you will be issued a return authorization. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Upon receipt of merchandise in perfect condition, we will issue you a credit MINUS original shipping costs AND 15% re-stocking fee. We will NOT, without exception, accept any returns, damages or exchanges after 10 days of receipt of merchandise. There are no returns or exchanges on custom work.
